How to Prepare
Set the space: Choose a quiet, uninterrupted environment where you feel fully present.
Arrive 5 minutes early to center and ground your energy before we begin.
Bring a journal, a favorite pen, and any sacred item (crystal, candle, oil, etc.) you’d like nearby.
A Final Note
This session is a sanctuary—for your voice, your truth, your soul’s return. You don’t need to prepare anything perfectly. Just come as you are.
